Hydro Anthracite H is a is a natural filter aid made from thermally treated raw materials (lignite). It is used for the filtration of potable water, pool water and sewage water.
Hydro Anthracite H is available in the standard grain sizes Type I: 0.6 - 1.6 mm / Type II: 1.4 - 2.5 mm as well as according to customer specifications.

The inert properties of Hydro Anthracite H makes it particularly suitable for use in the field of water treatment for mechnical filtration of suspended solids and reduction of turbidity.
The use of Hydro Anthracite H ensures higher filtration rates and longer operationg times between the filter backwashing.
