New Distribution Agreement

Hamburg, Germany, March 31, 2022 – TER Chemicals today announces it has entered into an agreement with Momentive Performance Materials, a premier global high-performance silicones and specialties company, to be a distributor of its innovative range of silicone specialties for polymer modification and electronics.

“Plastics and Elastomers have always been a strategic market segment for TER Chemicals,” said Vittorio Mancin, Managing Director, TER Italia. “This agreement allows our highly-skilled technical sales teams to now provide a broad portfolio of high-performance additives to meet our customers’ growing demands for multifunctionality, recyclability and new solutions for the evolving industry and consumer markets.”

Under the terms of the agreement, TER Chemicals will offer Momentive’s broad portfolio of high-performance additives to their customers helping them to improve haptics and aesthetics of their products and to excel through sustainable and innovative solutions. This includes multifunctional masterbatches, anti-block agents and light diffusers, crosslinking and coupling agents. The distribution agreement is for Poland and Italy, enabling both TER Chemicals and Momentive to expand their geographical reach.
