Adjustment of the route-independent transportation/truck toll surcharge as of 01 January 2022

For more than 18 months now, the effects of the pandemic have been weighing on global markets and supply chains. Unfortunately, there is no relief in sight for the situation in 2022.

In addition to the explosion in prices in procurement logistics, the situation is aggravated by the significant rise in energy prices. These are reaching a new long-term high and are having a significant impact on logistics costs. The driving factors here are the increased oil price and thus the higher fuel costs, as well as the increased gas prices, which are leading to a cutback in the production of sulfur emission-reducing diesel additives such as AdBlue. Also to be taken into account is the next stage of the CO2 levy from January 01, 2022, which will increase from 6.5 ct/liter to 9.5 ct/liter.

The further increase in costs for the procurement and delivery of our products therefore unfortunately forces us to adjust the route-independent transportation/truck toll surcharge to € 2.78 / 100 kilograms with effect from 01 January 2022.

Please understand that this surcharge will be automatically applied to all offers and orders of the companies TER Hell & Co. GmbH and TER Ingredients GmbH & Co. KG for a delivery from 01 January 2022 onwards.

With kind regards
