Awaken a feeling of spring with the scents in our range
Rose Absolue – the queen among flowers
Roses are valued particularly for their beauty, their scent and even the fruit they bear. There are now more than 150 varieties of roses and countless hybrids capturing the attention not only of keen gardeners.
We use steam distillation to extract the essence of rose petals for our essential oil “Rose Absolue”, using an extraction process that takes place at room temperature. Our essential rose oil is also available as Rose Concrete.
Our rose oil is used primarily for perfumes and cosmetics, but it is also becoming increasingly popular in aromatherapy and in scent mixes for baths and saunas. The reason for this is its calming, balancing effect, which also helps to ensure a smooth complexion and stimulates new cell generation.
Lavender oil – relaxation for the soul
Lavender (lavandula) is also known as an evergreen shrub, but the plant is particularly popular for its small, mauve or bluish-violet flowers, which generally appear in the spring. Found across the Mediterranean and the Middle East, the 25 varieties of scented lavender are used particularly in the perfume industry.
As an essential oil, meanwhile, lavender is a true all-rounder. It is not only calming and soothing to skin, but can also be used as an aid to relaxation and falling asleep.
Fun fact: It takes around 120 kilograms of lavender flowers to produce one liter of lavender oil. Our lavender oil is available for you in organic quality or from conventional cultivation in Bulgarian, Dalmatian and Russian varieties.
Bay leaf oil – for calming the mind
While dried bay leaves are used most commonly in the kitchen, the essential oil obtained from these leaves can help with respiratory diseases thanks to its expectorant effect. Bay leaf oil can also be beneficial for indoor air quality, however, since vaporization of bay essential oil can cleanse and purify the air in a room.
Chamomile oil – sit back and take a deep breath
Chamomile (Matricaria) belongs to the genus of aromatic, annual herbs that number five different varieties in total. The plants are native to the temperate climates of the northern hemisphere and boast finely shaped leaves that spread into numerous lineal offshoots and bear small white flower heads.
With our chamomile oil, you can lie back and spoil yourself with an uplifting bath; just add a few drops of the essential oil to the bathwater. Our chamomile oil is not only calming but also has a healing effect. What’s more, it has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect on skin and mucous membranes.
